Easy Vegan Taco Fix - Edit
For a quick vegan taco fix, Taco Deli works. I only know about them because my Whole Foods sells the Austin based sauces. Sauces are great additions to the tacos. Tacos are not earth shattering, but at least you know its vegan. Don't forget to ask for chips!!

Their vegan filling options for breakfast tacos are nut chorizo, mushrooms, and beans (plus toppings like onion and avocado). The tortillas are fresh, as are the salsas. Everything was delicious and filling.

Vegan Taco Goodness - Edit
Sooooo happy to finally have a tex-mex joint that has an actual vegan taco on the menu amongst other tacos that can be modified to be vegan. The "freakin vegan" and "pappadulce" are my 2 favorites. The papadulce has sauce on it that contains honey so if you are a vegan that is anti-honey just ask them to remove sauce. The "freakin vegan" is refried black beans and avocado and is 100% vegan. The guacamole is some of the best I've ever had which says a lot (It's the perfect mix of avo, lime, and jalapeño). They also have a variety of Tx made kombucha which I love. Lastly, they offer a whole wheat taco shell in place of flour or corn and the whole wheat option is actually really good here (unlike other places where I feel like I'm eating cardboard).
