I just recently became vegan this year. It has been a challenge trying to find places to eat out, especially with a non vegan/vegetarian boyfriend. Happy cow has made the process a little easier and I can't wait for more Houston area restaurants to be added. For such a large city, it's crazy how little options vegans have when it comes to eating out. I wish every restaurant would have AT LEAST a couple to chose from. It would help lessen the anxiety that comes from eating out when you are a vegan (living with non vegans).
