Good stop if you’re shopping

We had giant salads with peas, beans, spicy quinoa, pasta, plus lots and lots of fresh chopped veggies. All options are clearly marked vegetarian or vegan. Minestrone soup (plus one other vegan option), baked sweet and russet (with vegan margarine) were available. Apples and sliced pineapple for on the dessert bar. Club soda on the soda machine was a bonus and Republic of Tea. Very nice staff.

Update: they must put a preservative on the lettuce (or in the low fat Italian) because we all had really upset stomachs after and that never happens.

Pros: cheap, good salad, good potatoes

Cons: preservatives?
