Best vegan sushi we’ve ever had. - Edit
Large selection, fantastic flavour combinations, carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Combine it with a visit to train street or maybe a Jazz performance at Long Waits around the corner.

Colourful Sushi - beautiful ambience - Edit
I love the ambience close to train street. Outdoor and inside seating options available. Vegan menu is intense featuring vegan fish and also tofu, but veggie options with asparagus and avocado etc.
Read morethey have a whole vegan page clearly marked. Staff speaks English well. Presentation is on point
Taste is good! It’s probably the best in whole Vietnam. That said I have had lots of sushi, but it doesn’t live up to Bangkok or Cologne (which is fair, since they serve the best in my opinion) here you will get great quality and the food still feels light!
Love that they serve wasabi and ginger with it. Their Australian ginger beer is amazing
Number 5,6,7 were my favorites! Very balanced and created with love
Love that they have vegan mayo and other sauces to make sushi more interesting
Please be careful to ask for vegan soy sauce. Apparently they have two versions & one is import from Japan with fish sauce in it, which should be avoided.
Also I found out ginger beer is not vegan!

Unique, Delicious, Gorgeous Sushi; Opposite Train Street - Edit
Omni eatery with a full page of vegan options in the menu (contains alliums by default). Loved that the sushi came in stunning rainbow colours and gorgeous presentation! The taste was outstanding, uniquely crafted (mainly with natural ingredients) and delicious without attempting to mimic conventional sashimi-style sushi. Even my omni companions were charmed by the vegan options and agreed they tasted good. Personally would recommend the rolls instead of the temari rice balls, as the rolls had more generous fillings and toppings. It would be great if the eatery could also have other combo sets available, since the menu featured an extensive selection of vegan rolls and I really wish I could have tried them all! Staff could speak English well, so I believe it may be possible to check with them on different dietary preferences such as customising allium-free dishes. Do note that the waiting time for the food to arrive was a little long (30min) during mealtimes though! Located just opposite the Train Street.
