Best almond croissant! - Edit
Really does offer tranquility amongst the magical madness of Hanoi. Delicious coffee and an almond croissant not to be missed!

Lovely spot (several locations) - Edit
Tranquil is a small chain that has several locations in Hanoi. We did not visit the one indicated here but the one close to the opera house. It is a small place but lovely, like a Parisian café playing oldies. A place to wind down and relax if you love this kind of vibe. We loved the atmosphere and even bought a tote bag.
Read moreThere is no vegan food apart from potato wedges (if you leave out the mayo), but there are several drinks with oatmilk. My husband had a coffee and I had a chai and also a macha latte. Everything was delicious!
I do not want to add the other locations of Tranquil to HappyCow because there is not really any vegan food, but I still wanted to add this review because the hot drinks are so nice and it was one of our favourite experiences in Hanoi.

Pros: Lovely vibe (oldies, book shelves, dark wood), Delicious oatmilk drinks, Calm place to relax

Cute and delicious - Edit
Very yummy oat milk coffee and cute place to sit. Quite and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Why does this place not have more reviews?

Right next to the train street
Went back again and got their sandwich which is absolutely delicious. You can get the other foods without egg too. Very yummy and quaint place.
Oh and PS! There are two locations right next to one another. One on the Main Street and then another tucked away down the alley right across. Same place, just two ordering and sitting areas.

Pros: Quaint, Delicious coffee, Next to train street
Cons: Honey in food but that’s not such a bad thing

Cute and quiet café with lots of books and plant milks - Edit
Delicious kombucha, decent coffee and a nice quiet space. Has some food options that could easily be vegan, but the sauce and bread both contain honey :/
