Lovely little cafe - Edit
We had the soup of the day which was vegan, although probably accidentally. Staff were nice and helpful and there were a few vegan options on the menu everything clearly labelled.

Cheerful spot with a tasty vegan breakfast - Edit
What a pleasant surprise to find such a veg-friendly café in Enniscrone! At first I wasn't sure if they'd be able to accommodate my request for a vegan breakfast, but then they said they could. Baked beans, home fries AND potato wedges, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and brown bread, plus decent coffee. Tracey herself (who is SO kind!) came over to my table to show me their separate vegetarian menu for my next visit (who knows when that'll be, but even so—very nice of her).
