Great location - nice food - Edit
Separate vegan/vegetarian menu with options for each course. This place is great, lovely setting on the river, and the staff are really lovely and friendly. We went to the spa first, and then had a lovely lunch, a very tasty vegan masala and a vegan toffee sticky pudding. They also very kindly brought out a selection of sorbets as they heard I was celebrating a birthday - lovely touch!

Visit to The Ice House - Edit
Last minute decision to visit here. It’s not cheap- though my vegan option was considerably cheaper than those of my non-vegan chums. Tomato and basil linguine was super tasty and generously proportioned. Sadly the dessert situation was not a success- listed as vegan ice-cream I queried why it said it contained dairy and egg! Was then told they had no vegan ice cream. So no pudding for me as was so full after pasta!

Tasty but lacking inspiration - Edit
There were lots of options at the ice house hotel for vegans. The flavours were good in the food but we found the meals to be slightly lacking and uninspired. We both got the veggie stir fry which literally was rice and vegetables. I think the dishes needed something else such as tofu to justify the price.
