Options in a City With VERY Few Options

This Asian market caters to the Korean diaspora in Managua, and has freshly made tofu, dried mushrooms and sauces. The store manager completely understood vegetarianism, and spoke Korean, English and Spanish.

Pros: Fresh Tofu, Easy communication

Cons: Pricey
