Serves meat, vegan options available. Bistro-style restaurant with a variety of salads, fresh juices, mezze platters, wraps, roti, sandwiches, burgers, low carb pitta pizzas and hot specials, all made-in-house to order so vegan substitutes are allowed. Vegan choices are available in most categories, and include several salads: mango and avocado, tofu and crispy noodle, three bean, okra and chickpea. Also has a spinach and mushroom pitta pizza and a vegan/veggie breakfast with sausages, mushrooms, hash browns, baked beans and toast. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-5:00pm.

Great salads!!

I travel to Ghana every month from the US and love eating out but have trouble finding restaurants with more than one vegan choice. Not so with Sunshine Salad Bar! I went with a friend and we shared an appetizer and we both got food to go. I had a salad with eggplant, cauliflower and chickpeas. It was a large portion and delicious! I will definitely be going back!!

My go to for breakfast and snacks

Very good vegan options like wraps, samosas and oat cookies. Fresh fruit drinks available, too

Good food, large portions, but only expats

Good food, I had a five spice tofu salad. Portion was enormous, I'm a big lad but I couldn't finish it. It's rather sad that there's no Ghanaians here, presumably because it's astronomically expensive by local standards.

Pros: Good food, Big portions

Cons: Very expensive
