Amazing experience - Edit
So good I went twice during my short visit to Chongqing. There's a single prix fixe option. Many tiny courses, things filled with other things, many with a story about the special ingredients inside, things like cattail roots typically served at state dinners, or other stuff I wouldn't know how to translate. (Worm grass? Tree resin? Sounds awful if I translate literally.) The stuffed cherry tomato was great, and the stuffed morels were also amazing, things like that. They change the menu every half month so who knows what you will get. The environment is also very nice, though it is in a mall and I could hear the mall sounds through the wall. Also their English isn't good, best to go with someone who knows Chinese, or just sit back and accept what they bring without explanation.
