Bakery
Vegan bakeshop inspired by Supreme Master Chinghai, an advocate for veganism. Operates outlets all over Yilan County. Sells ready-made and packaged crackers that come in several flavors (sweet, savory) as well a few other other local specialty sweets. Look for the yellow signage out front. Open Mon 9:00am-9:00pm, Tue-Thu 10:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sun 9:00am-9:00pm.

Great snacks - Edit
Black sesame cakes were not too sweet. The vegan jerky is also very tasty and reasonably priced. Clearly labeled! Located in the bus station.

Great vegan snacks! - Edit
A family friend brought back these baked cake crackers from Sun Hope Ching, so we're assuming she went to this store. The crackers have different flavors like black sesame, brown sugar, and a scallion. The packaging clearly says vegan and I believe they're safe for Buddhists to eat too because there is no onion or garlic in them. Anyways, would definitely want to check out the store myself if I am in Taiwan!

Nice Store - Edit
Was here in on a past trip to Taiwan and am pleased to review it here on HappyCow. This is a nice looking shop, brightly lit, with products arranged attractively. Looks like a new place to me. My husband likes the Yilan onion crakers. Everything is vegan. Great concept for a store - all vegan snacks and foodstuff.
