Poor

I think this place deliberately is non vegan friendly, the token items they have on their menu are more expensive than the meat option (eg. Sausage roll, sandwich). How can hummus salad sandwich cost more than Brie? One miserable cake option, 45p surcharge for oat milk.

Nice but expensive

Lovely location overlooking the Orwell Bridge.

Vegan products in the shop and café. £4.10 for a standard size latté and £3.80 for a small slice of orange cake. Nice, but this is a luxury venue, so quite expensive.

Vegan Prosecco available in bottles but very overpriced.

Fresh bread available along with refrigerated and fresh products - houmous, fresh spice kits etc.

If buying veg, a local farm would be cheaper.

We were there due to looking for a specific sauce but they didn’t stock what I needed.

Lots of chutneys and even some ‘Gnaw’ brand vegan hot chocolate kits/Christmas stocking fillers.

The only negative point other than high prices - Staff were a bit miserable and no signposts from the country lanes off A137. If going, stick to the B road that runs alongside the river.

Pros: Various vegan milks available in cafefor hot drink, Vegan cake available in cafe, Vegan products available in shop

Cons: 30p surcharge for non dairy milks, Nice quality but very expensive, Unfriendly Staff
