I stumbled on this place while waiting for my friend, when I found out it was totally gluten and dairy free I was impressed by the choices they had. The service is outstanding, they actually listen to you when ordering and clarify their understanding if they are not sure.

Nice surprise to find this cafe! - Edit
Was looking for somewhere to grab a quick lunch and was very happy to find this spot had several vegan options. The service was friendly and there was additional seating upstairs. Would come back to try their other sandwiches.

Great gluten and dairy free options with vegan options - Edit
This little hidden gem is a great eatery for anyone searching for healthy gluten-free and dairy-free options with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. A great selection of sandwiches, (truffle melt is a must) comes with a side Greek salad. Lots of vegan smoothies, non-dairy baked goods, and coffees. They have a two vegan pasta additions. Much of eveywhere is made in house including their soft serve ice cream of which I recommend to try. High quality ingredients and that don't skimp on taste. A worthy place to visit in the east end of Toronto.

We celebrated our son's birthday at Srouty. Great and healthy food. Love their ice cream. You can't tell that it's dairy free, it's vegan.
