Good, healthy eating - Edit
Love this place! It’s such wholesome food, and bowl meals are just so good. Every weekday one of the five bowls is priced at $10, rather than the regular $13. First visit, I had the Oaxaca bowl with brown rice, black beans, yam, avocado, cherry tomatoes, crunchy topping, pickled veg and green sauce. Next time it was the Poke bowl, including edamame, crispy tofu, sea veg and pickled ginger. Tuesday was the Unbeetabowl, a garlicky meal based on zucchini noodles. The sauce for the Satay Bowl is excellent, as is that for the Buddha Bowl, whose base is quinoa and lentils, with kale and squash. There are daily smoothies and soups, which have included beet gazpacho, garlic squash and 10-spice veggie. Daily features range from veg-noodle pad thai and buffalo-cauli wrap to pizza and burgers. Craft beer, kombucha, teas and wine are available. The breakfast sandwich (on weekends) was good: tofu egg, avocado and coconut bacon on an English muffin, with yam hash. Friendly service. I plan to eat my way through their menu during my month-long stay in Nelson.

If you get chance to have the buffalo cauliflower wrap while it's on special, grab it! Their caesar salad is wonderful too. Great place to go for lunch and the service was spot on.
