Menu changes weekly, but typically offers at least one vegan dish with tofu, taco salad, chickpea curry, a falafel bowl, pickled vegetables, and hummus with chips. Open Mon-Thu 12:00pm-6:30pm.

I tried soul n vinegar for the first time during V72 and their bbq tofu sandwich with jalepeño slaw and pickled red onions was my absolute favorite. so flavorful and much better than any bbq tofu sandwich i could make at home.

Creative Vegan Options - Edit

The owner of Soul N' Vinegar, Michelle does an excellent job of serving creative vegan options that don't just check the vegan box. They are flavorful and show her skill as a chef. The menu rotates regularly and they always feature seasonal vegetables and plenty of vegan options. I've never eaten anything here that I didn't like.
