Vegan options for bread include the classic (partially sifted wheat), the polenta (part wheat, part bloody butcher corn), the light rye, the whole rye, sesame rye, and two flatbread options (seeded flatbread & rosemary with sea salt). Also offering non-dairy milk for espresso and tea. Open Tue-Fri 7:00am-6:00pm, Sat-Sun 8:00am-5:00pm.

Great sourdough - Edit
While they use butter in their pastries, there sourdough is delicious and vegan.
