Amazing

We stopped in while passing through town. Extremely safe COVID policies and a few outside tables. I got the bliss bowl and my fiancé got the falafel sandwich. Both were incredible. I got their CBD mimosa which was fruit juices, kombucha and some kind of cbd, it was soooo good!

Local, Organic, Vegan Greatness

Wow! A great find on our road trip! To find a fully vegan spot in a small town is wonderful. Wonderful turns to spectacular when the food is all made from scratch and tastes so bloody good. We had a jackfruit flatbread, bean burger, fruit, chips, banana walnut bread and coffee. Every single bite and sip was absolute perfection. The owners are lovely and you can tell they have poured their souls in to this place. 1000000% recommend! Can’t wait to come back and taste more of their menu.

Gem

What a great find on our road trip! Had the Falafel sandwich and chocolate silk pie. Atmosphere is quaint, wish we would have been able to eat inside though. Staff was friendly.

Pros: Variety, freshly made and bakery items so good!

Good food

They had the best falafel sandwich I have had. The falafels were perfect. The black bean and veggie soup was good. Burrito was delicious as well. Highly recommend. Note they have good lemonade but served in small glass with lots of ice for $2.50 and it is not refillable but that is not stated on the menu. Not being refillable was not the issue just for the price you are only getting half of a half glass of lemonade. As we are accustom to places not having free refills on lemonade, but I would expect a full size glass. The owner was nice as well as the staff.

Pros: All vegan, Delicious food

Cons: Lemonade as stated in comments above.

Road Trip Beacon

This place was a a sight for sore eyes. The owner was so welcoming and made us feel like special guests. We were encouraged to hang out as long as we wanted, which we did, while ordering several satisfying menu items to share. Great feeling at Sita’s kitchen.

Delicious

Don't hesitate!! Falafel sandwich was the best I have had! Biscuits and gravy we're good too and a steal at only $3--( so nice to provide atleast one option so cheap so that everyone has a chance to get a taste) would have ordered more if I had the time but we were just passing through.

Pros: Fresh, So good, Nice staff, funny bathroom sign

Our favorite restaurant in Trinidad!

The jackfruit is the best and the falafel is better than most restaurant falafel. The desserts are delicious; so, save some room. Don't miss this restaurant if you are passing through Trinidad.

Pros: Vegan, not just vegetarian options.

Cons: None.

Vegan Oasis

Great vegan oasis in a land of desert and cattle ranches. Stopped by on the way back from Santa Fe and had a great breakfast. Loved the vegan burrito. Probably not recommended by the Cattlemen’s Association

Pros: Great breakfast selection, Great coffee

Cons: None

So many options!

This place is so cute and has SO MANY options! I imagine every other restaurant in this town do not have vegan options so while this is the only option, it’s an AMAZING one. They have baked goods as well! Any time I’m passing through I will try to come back.

Pros: 100% vegan, Baked goods

Rockin’ Vegan in Trinidad

Very friendly staff! Owner, Sita, is a wonderfully sweet person trying to make a difference! Food was delicious - we had the Spinach and strawberry salad, the Grilled burrito (so good!) and a strawberry-banana hemp milk smoothie. The food came out fast! They also sell a variety of CBD oils. We are on our way to SCUBA in New Mexico at the Blue Hole and plan to stop in again on our way back tomorrow!

Pros: Friendly staff, Excellent value

Wow! What a gem!

Friendly, warm staff.
Homemade amazing vegan food!

We had the BBQ Jackfruit & the Falafel (so moist!) and the Spanish soup.

Hit the spot on a below freezing day driving down I-25!

All vegans should grab a bite if they're driving through!

Pros: All Vegan!, Homemade! , Clean and friendly

Cons: Little slow (since it's made to order, no big deal
