damn good food in a lovely, peaceful venue - Edit
Tried the loaded sweet potato with baked tofu and an N/A ginger kombucha mimosa - both were absolutely delicious. Every flavor and topping on the sweet potato was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Some of the best food I've had in a while. The restaurant is serene and beautiful and the owners are super sweet. Top notch all around, can't wait to revisit!

Grateful for the option - Edit
Definitely a cute atmosphere and a comfortable place. Super hippie vibes. The menu was interesting haha. It was good! But interesting. I was just grateful for an all-vegan place in lil ol’ Trinidad! Happy to support them.

Incredible, as always! - Edit
I’ve been eating at Sita’s for many years and always leave with a bunch of baked goodies and a stomach full of tastiness! My vegan babies love the grilled cheese and I love everything else the menu has to offer! The bbq jackfruit flatbread is just phenomenal and a must try! We also tried a curry special today and it was equally amazing. This place is worth a stop if you are near the area! #Veganuary

Everything was delicious, flavorful and made with whole foods! I said "mmmmm" with every bite. Great staff and cozy environment with hundreds (no joke) of plants. This will be my stop next time I'm driving through.

Driving to Santa Fe we stopped by, but they were closed on Tuesday. So we made sure to give Sita's a try on our return. We'll be back!

Yogi Food is The Best Food Om Planet Earth/Sol 267-3...Highly recommended, just don't converse too much with the primitives which frequent the nearby hills and vales. It's worth a trip to this planet to eat Raja Ka Shannee's magical cooking. 🔥🔱🔥🍻

Delightful & delicious! Worth a detour to visit! - Edit
I’ve stopped in thrice for lunch on road trips between Denver and Santa Fe, and what a pleasant surprise! Delicious vegan food served in a relaxed and charming atmosphere. I look forward to returning next time I'm passing through.
Read moreThe BBQ jackfruit wrap is my fave so far, and the felafel was pleasant as well (though a bit dry; could use more tahini and/or chili sauce to balance out the dryness of the bread). The peach cinnamon roll was especially recommendable for lovers of the genre.
On my first visit I enjoyed exceptionally warm and friendly service, while the affect of both employees during my second visit was perhaps most easily characterized as “millennial indifference,” so the vibe you get may depend on who is on duty.
Enjoy!

What a gem!! - Edit
We were checking to places to eat on our way home to Denver - what a great find! I ordered a berry/green smoothie and their falafel flatbread. It was fresh made and the falafel was crunchy and delicious. Fantastic, and such a nice stop. This will definitely be a regular on our road trip pit stops.

Amazing food - Edit
Ordered a grilled cheese, burrito, and iced tea. The food was amazing, served with kettle chips and fresh fruit. Burrito is big, toasted with homemade beans, tofu scramble, potatoes & veggies. The iced tea has a great flavor too. We sat outside because of covid, and the employee brought us out some waters and napkins. Very friendly service. Love that there is a vegan restaurant thriving in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Not overpriced.
