Nice find on the road.

We had the Guiso Rancheros and veggie fajitas - both were delicious. I loved the whole pinto beans. The only disappointment was when the server told me there was dairy in the guacamole so in order to make it vegan, we had to skip the guacamole.

Pros: Specific vegetarian dishes- easy to make vegan, Fresh veggies well prepared , Quick and courteous service

Cons: Dairy in the guacamole was a disappointment
