We drove through this city just to eat here and it was worth it 😋

We took some delicious cakes for takeaway as they don't serve coffee.
Also no toilet on site, but you can use one nearby in a hotel :D
Good idea to call in if you arrive closer to closing time as they might run out of meals.

This is definitely the most interesting vegan bistro in Slovakia, worth visiting, I hope they'll be soon in Bratislava too!

Very small but cozy (almost a 'living room like' vibe 😂) bistro serving daily menu, snacks, and some of the best vegan cakes that me and my wife ever tried! We tasted the lunch menu, wrap with tofu scramble, cakes, and also their home made 'fish' spread/salad known as Treska, everything was fantastic. The only down side is that they are only open during lunch time, which means that once the food for the day is sold out, you might not have anything to eat (we went there 2 hours before closing time and got the last menu and wrap). Would also love to have a chance to grab dinner here but since I am not a local, I am sure the owners know the market much better than I do and we wish them all the best luck. I can certainly say that we are coming back next time we are in the city and will encourage others we know to do so as well ❤

Simply vegan is my favourite place to eat. It has everything that good bistro should have- friendly staff, delicious food and very nice atmosphere. They prepare very good lunches, take-away salads, chia puddings, cakes... And every dish is served so perfectly!

This little bistro is the cutiest, coziest bistro I've ever visited. If I could, I would give much more than only five stars!
Read moreFood is... I can't even describe it, you gotta go there, if you have a chance. Everything tastes so good, everything! Fresh, healthy, and all vegan of course. Gluten free versions available! And I'm not really into raw cakes, but their cakes are the best I've ever eaten! I even had a B-day cake from them for my B-day.
The staff is very nice aswell! Girls are always smiling, positive and very skilled.
I can't say anything bad about them :)
Oh, and if you're planning to go there, make sure you go there as soon as possible, because they sell out very early, which doesn't surprise me at all!
It can be a bit hard to find, but trust me, it's totally worth it. :)

A small cozy bistro. I felt like I was eating in somebody's kitchen :) For me it is the best of the best in Slovakia. Soup, main dish, cake, sandwich were super delicious...and the best thing - chefs are so amazing. Thank you for your great job

Simply Vegan is a bit hard to find - it is in the inside courtyard of the building. Ask in the other stores and they will tell you where to go. Access from the side.
Read moreI did manage to find it and was a bit late for lunch - there was not much left, but the person in charge said she might have some potatoes. the potatoes turned out to be a full meal of salads, some kind of vegan cheese roast, fried potatoes and sweet potatoes, a mushroom sauce, roasted corn on the cob ... incredible.
The snickers-style raw cake was also an amazing dessert. This place is actually worth travelling a good distance for. It has a DIY/alternative vibe.
