"To keep our body warm is good to health." This is the healthy eating concept in traditional Chinese medicine. That's why traditional Chinese restaurants do not provide any cold drinks and only encourage drinking soup or hot plain water. 😊

Very bland

Nice decoration but the food wasn't buffet (they did have buffet before, not anymore so I was disappointed already) instead they offered for you to choose any three dishes with rice. The price was very high for one plate of food. Also the vegetables were very mushy, bland, unseasoned and had a weird dark colour like it wasn't fresh. Dining was cramped.

Pros: Fast and easy

Cons: Expensive, bland, bad service, cramped

Mostly Tofu and has Time limit.

They have a good variety of dishes and it’s pretty sure to fill the belly. One thing though is that most the food has tofu in it. So if you’re expecting to be blown away for other things in the buffet, then this is not the place. But they sure do have lots of variety, for sure one will be able to find some that they’ll like.

They have one-hour time limit though, I guess it’s because of the place and they want a good revenue. So be sure to be quick and be decisive in getting your food right away so as to start eating. This place is not for the slow-eater, unless you don’t really mind not getting the worth of your money back.

Anyway, this place is still a good one, especially on my neighbourhood where we only have few vegan-friendly establishments around.

Good decor, decent food

Good selection of food, I like their bean stew and tofufa dessert. I’d come more often but just a little pricey and I can’t eat that much! One of my main issues is that they charge the same amount for children as they do for adults which stops me from taking kids because kids don’t eat much so it’s kind of a rip off

Pros: Good selection , Pretty tasty

Cons: Not good for just quick small meal, Not everything is vegan , Same price for kids!

Calm in Mong Kok

Friendly, pleasant atmosphere with modern clean decor. Good range of Asian dishes which are more suited for vegetarian than vegan. Enjoyed the food, e.g. sweet and sour tofu. English labels on dishes.

Pros: Buffet style , Lots of choices, Friendly welcome

Cons: Wide use of egg

Welcoming and cheap

Was on the hunt for vegan options in Mongkok (very hard indeed), this place was recommended by the hotel I was staying in. Very glad we stopped by, they have many cuisine types from various Asian countries. Price depends on the day of the week and the time of day, but it’s all you can eat!

Pros: Majority of the offerings are vegan, Egg and milk is labeled , Lovely staff very welcoming

Cons: Slightly inconvenient to get to

Very good and varied

The setting is clearly in the “no-frills” category but still clean, neat and with ample natural light. Food is good and varied, with lots of options (including some dishes with eggs). All-you-can-eat is only HKD 68. Will definitely come back...

Pros: Clean, Lots of choice, Inexpensive
