Phenomenal Curry

I was staying in a hotel in Montrose that supposedly had vegan options, turns out they've removed them from there menu.

Had a quick look online and found that this restaurant had a dedicated vegan section.

All I can say is WOW, possibly one of the best curries I've ever had as a vegan. If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try.
