There were 3 vegan arancinis on the menu: fungi, fungi with veggies, and tomatoes, garlic and pistachio. The last one wasn’t available but the other two were great!

Little place in a crowded street of Palermo center, in which arancini are cooked in front of you after orders. We tried the two vegan options: with mushroom and with vegetables. P.s The girl who served me was vegan!

Proprio così: subito dopo aver effettuato l’ordinazione, inizi a sentire sfrigolare l’arancina nell’olio di frittura. Qui i prodotti vengono preparati al momento, che più freschi (o bollenti) non si può. Disponibili 3 opzioni di arancine vegane, anche se quella con il pistacchio era terminata nel momento della nostra visita, quindi abbiamo optato per quelle mi sto verdure e ai funghi

And although I have seen the prices skyrocket in the past few years, this is kind of a new concept, even for an historical dish like arancina. They literally fry it after you order it, which means it will always be hot and fresh. Sometimes they even have to make it on the spot

Delicious arancine prepared at the time of the order. They have three vegan options: 1 - mushrooms; 2. mushrooms with zucchini, eggplant and onion; 3. Tomatoes , garlic and pistacho. They cost 3,00 or 3,5 euro e each and are pretty delicious.

Traditional, fast, tasty and right in the center. Unfortunately they were sold out of the tomato, garlic and pistachios arancini:( the grilled vegetables one was good too and very filling
