Great Vegan Arancini - Edit
We went back two days in a row for the vegan arancini from here. There were 2 kinds - one mushroom and one vegetable ragu. Both were delicious. The menu is clearly labeled so you can see the vegan options.

They have two vegan options, with mushrooms and veggies. They also have the panelle and the crocchè. You can also choose a baked pastry with veggies. If you want something sweet, they also have a donut like delicious treat. We got the sweet treats for free. It’s really fast. We did take away but you also have some tables and chairs outside. It’s 3,5 euro for one arrancino.

I had both their vegan arancine (mushrooms and vegetables ragu) and they were delicious. This place was suggested also by local people and my friend from Siracusa tested the classic arancina and approved it. The next day I went again there for a couple of ciambelline and they gave me an extra one for the waiting, they are so kind.

Many vegan options are available. Not only classical fried arancine are on the menu, there are also baked ones, panelle, fries and even sweet ciambelle (local version of donuts) if you find some space in your belly after the delicious Arancine. It might look a bit touristy, but it was recommended to me by my local (non vegan) friends.

Easy location and super fast - Edit
When I was there later at evening there was only mushroom arancini. But it was good, and it was nice to eat outside in Via Maqueda, but so it's not the calmest location. You can get arancini right off the counter.
