Delicious but sparse

I agree with the other reviews, however because fish sauce is used in most Asian recipes I was limited to 3 options. However, the waiter was extremely conscientious and was honest about what was possible. The soup 🍲 and rice I got was fantastic and filling. The waiter brought me an iced coffee for dessert at no charge. So I would try it realizing there are not a lot of choices.

Superb Bibimbap

A really cute restaurant with a lovely outdoor dining area. The service is wonderful.

I ordered vegan bibimbap. Most of the menu is based on meat and fish.

The bibimbap itself was delicious: veggies wrapped in seaweed and offered as cut rolls. I have not had better. The only issue was that two other parts of the full dish contained animal products, so I told them to leave the rest of the dish out.

To make it up to me, the owner offered me tea with honey and I explained that vegans do not eat honey. I passed on that also.

The good news is that I had a long talk with the owner, and she said they will create more vegan dishes and make sure future vegan customers will be able to enjoy the entire bibimbap dish and other vegan specialties.

This is a great place to chill and enjoy a meal, and I hope they add more vegan dishes! If they do not, I am not sure this restaurant should be included on HappyCow. #Veganuary

Pros: Great bibimbap

Cons: Few vegan items, Could not not eat 2 parts of meal because not veg
