Better than nothing

The restaurant was busy when we arrived at around 7pm on Tuesday evening. It seems like they have only 2 waitresses to serve around 10 tables and 7-8 bar seats, so the menu came slow and the waitress took a while to come to take order. If you order sushi instead of the hot food, it comes faster though. They have around 10 selections of vege rolls, including those with asperagus, avocado, sweet potato, cucumber ... There are a few snacks/appetizers from tofu, such as tofu salad, fried tofu ... The fried tofu was good. They have vegetable dumplings, we ordered that, but i think there was meat in that. The portion of the snacks are small. They have mushroom udon, i asked the waitress is that vegetarian, she said yes, but i am in doubt with the broth. The waitresses and the place is authentically Japanese, so i suspected there are a lot of fish things 'hidden' in the food. To play safe, choose things only you know what it is or can 'see' what it is, such as sushi. They have high chair for children.

Pros: Authentic sushi, Ambience

Cons: Hidden 'fish' stuff, Service
