from fresh sprouts to fast food. this place gets worse every year. Not only that even years ago there was never a single raw food here, as it is in the name of the restaurant, but there was at least a larger selection of good food here. Today it's already a spoiled ginger shot from the fridge, when I asked for a freshly made juice, the answer was, that's not possible. Their pattys nowadays have a weird and artificial flavor. You get wraps wrapped in paper and served on a plate, like in fast food, without taste. The only thing they have left that is great is snickers bars, shaky…… very disappointed.

I come here religiously when I come to cape town for work. I will have breakfast, lunch and dinner here without fail as I believe they serve the best vegan food however it seems to be going down hill with both service and quality of food. They only had almond milk (which is OK but wouldn't be my first choice) the lady then gave me my latte in the small mugs but charged me the same amount as a large. When I came in and sat down the two servers spoke to me like I was an inconvenience for wanting food. Now, this seems like a harsh post but as a regular I was not best pleased when I asked for the large latte glass and she poured it from the small glass and just frothed up the milk to make it seem full so I still had half a cup.

I think the menu is diverse enough to earn this place visit. Nice place but slightly disappointed that I didn't like it even more, the pancakes we had sounded delicious but was a bit doughy so my company actually didn't want to finish hers (we both had pumpkin pancakes). The drinks were yummy though.

Wow just had this delivered on Uber eats to the hotel, beautifully packed all raw vegan mains, sides and desserts with no added sugar. Every tasted amazing. Top place to eat I’m here for a week I’ll be back tonight.

They used to be fully vegan but recently turned flexi to stay afloat. Their main menu is fully vegan. As long as they stay open I don't mind if they serve other things, they are cheap and this way I can bring my friends here who are not vegan without a problem

Stumbled upon Raw by accident and so glad we did! The food is incredible, with lots of choice (even if you’re GF). The area is vibrant as are the staff!

We come here for years already. Great vegan healthy food and lovely people. The menu is diverse with breakfast items, bowls, smoothies, wraps and main dishes. All the best in their kind. also the sweet stuff is recommended! love this place!

Such a cute friendly spot with delicious food. I really enjoyed the calm chic atmosphere. The coffee and burger with sweet potato fries made may day! Perfect spot for brunch and a stroll along the sea point promenade.

Was a delight going there! Definitely Notbehelfe raw food I would have expected if I hadn’t read the comments here beforehand. It is fast food but very delicious. And the staff was just a delight, happy and joyful. Definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed the food they had, unfortunately, load-shedding caused a few menu changes for other orders but overall food was amazing! The staff was very helpful and quite informative when asked for suggestions and ideas. The restaurant wasn't full (given it was a Monday afternoon) so we were able to just enjoy the atmosphere and relax.

We popped in for lunch between meetings expecting your average vegan healthy food to fuel the rest of the day. I had their raw burger which may be the best vegan burger I have ever had (like a Jnr MD'S🤭), and my husband had the rancheors which he said were tasty. He had a delicious rich hot chocolate and I had a Chai latte with oat milk that was evenly spiced and full of flavour☕ perfect for a rainy day in CT.

The food is amazing ONCE you get it. We’ve been numerous time and each time we were told to take a seat and wait for someone to take our order. The wait was anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes and once the order was taken the food took twice as long to arrive no matter what you ordered. It’s a pity because the restaurant and options are so tasty and beautiful but the staff don’t seem to care and often need to be asked for utensils and salt/sugar. A bit disappointed
