I normally get the Earth child, or the scrambled egg wrap. You can't go wrong in here, seeing all that beautiful raw fruit & veg making it's way into your order is just delightful.

Healthy and quick serving food - Edit
As other reviewer said, this is a good place to buy healthy food if you're in a rush. They offer several vegan-friendly options such as pad thai and noodle, as well as a lot of juices.

There still aren't enough vegan options but to be fair they have more than most places in Cape Town.
I buy Kale chips from them. Yum!
Handy that they keep a newspaper to catch up on local news.
Well priced. Great value for money.
