Vegan/Gluten-Free Tasting menu - Edit
The food and experience were wonderful. The focus on forged foods creates a unique experience. Sauvage has a vegan tasting menu, called “Gatherer”; and the entire menu only had 1 dish that had gluten. I will definitely return the next time I’m in Canmore.

If you want to treat yourself to a nice meal, this is the place! It’s a tasting menu that can be made entirely vegan. The owner is very thoughtful and forages most of the menu, changing seasonally.
