Place to rip of young veggie Tourists - Edit
Tamihli coldbrew has a size from an espresso on ice for mor than 3 Euro. Lavacake had a extreme small size, was hard like a 1 week old bread and nothing was liquide in the core. Restaurants in Hikkaduwa are almost not really good but this was rhe badest expierience in our 1 month sri lanka

Cons: Bad food, Extreme high prices for this area, Extreme small sizes

“Good vibes” - Edit
They’ve many many clearly marked vegan(izable) options ranging from the classic avocado toast (with pickles, mushrooms), smoothie bowls, burgers, and even dessert! Had the avocado toast with a vegan sausage which was well done and the chocolate lava cake with a coconut based vegan ice cream! They also have alternative mylks for coffee.

Several vegan options, cash only - Edit
The avocado toast with mushrooms is great. The roots tacos are great too. The smoothie bowl always comes with some frozen parts (had it twice on two different days). The coffee is great. Though this place looks modern, they still don’t accept cards. They close too early. And not many power outlets though seems like a nice place to work remotely. The music is TOO loud. Tissues to dry your hands in the bathrooms are the worst…… it’s easier to leave with wet hands than use these paper towels that stay on your hands after you use them (had to mention that because that’s irritating)

Cons: Only cash, Loud music , Limited options

Pretty good - Edit
Quite a wide range of options and the food was good but not mind-blowing. The highlight was the smoothies!

Good Coffee & Nice Vibes - Edit
It’s a lovely cafe that reminds me of Bali😄they have some vegan options and are the first place in Hikkaduwa to skip the use of plastic bottles and straws, which I really like ! Loved their cocoa smoothie bowl

Nice - Edit
Very quirky staff. Not tons of options for vegans but a few. Smoothie bowl was nice but didn’t like it had sultanas in the granola. Slightly over priced. They add 10% service charge so for one smoothie bowl it was 935 LKR.

Great lunch for all - Edit
We went for lunch with my parents, husband and kids - to say we are a fussy lot is an understatement. Kids age 2 and 3 are fussy, parents and husband are meat and are foodies and I’m vegan! This place was perfect for all Of us and we intend to go back again this holiday! Lots of choice for drinks and customizations for vegan options. Menu has a good variety. This was some of the best food we have eaten in hikkaduwa. I had the vegan swami bowl and shared this with the vegan roots burger with my dad- both were really good! Highly recommend if you’re in this area. Shame it’s not open for dinner service.

Excellent breakfast - Edit
First morning in Hikkaduwa we ran into this place. There were plenty of vegan options, which were clearly marked on the menu. You can have all coffees with coconut milk (yum!) and juices are to die for. We will visit again for sure tomorrow 😍

A Must visit - Edit
Delicious food. At the moment they have three or four "complete" vega(n) dishes, hopefully that number will grow in the future, but what they have is amazing. Their vega burger was one of the best I ever have tasted.
Read moreChill atmosphere and very attentive staff. Also maybe the best coffee of Hikkaduwa
Deserves five stars for what they offer, but since Happycow doesn't allow it for "mixed" businesses thus only four to my regrets.
Pros: Amazing food, Friendly staff
Cons: Limited options of vega dishes at the moment, Relative high prices
