The only place that specifically marks options as Vegan - Edit
The only place on the islands I’ve seen (so far) that actually marks dishes on the menu as clearly as vegan.
Read moreThe place doesn’t have water views so attracts people with really nice food.
I had the Caponata, a traditional eggplant dish as entree with the baked potatoes and pasta as main - very yummy.
The staff is very friendly and said they could also make a vegan chickpea burger that is not on the menu.
They also have a vegan dessert which I didn’t have but sounded really lovely and the gentleman serving us explained how it’s made from corn stark not gelatine.
There were so many cats sitting outside the restaurant which was so cute. We asked and they said they feed the cats leftover food and cat biscuits at night. If you don’t like cats, don’t worry, they are all outside on the street.
Edit: If you like cats, come for a late dinner around 9pm and watch them feed the cats around 10pm. There are 26 stray cats that come for dinner every night and they even have names, soooo cute and good on them feeding them every night.
