Solid Smoothies

Quick and tasty smoothies and bowls. Quite a few have to be adjusted to be vegan (removing whey, etc) but they’re happy to remove ingredients.

Everything Can Be Made Vegan

Was looking for a smoothie close to Avanti on a hot day and came across Rush. Everything can be made vegan which is awesome. Got the strawberry sunrise with orange juice and no froyo. Huge smoothie and it was so refreshing.
