Not Enough Stroganoff - Edit
I ordered the Vegan Jackfruit Stroganoff Tamale, which is masa with guajillo-braised jackfruit wrapped in a corn husk and drenched in chipotle cashew sauce with mushroom and topped with pickled red onion. It was tasty, but more of an appetizer rather than a meal. My partner's perogies were an even smaller portion.
