Serves meat, vegan options available. Rosa’s Thai is housed in an early 18th century building on Coney Street next door to York’s historic Mansion House with an enclosed courtyard. The menu includes lots of vegan & vegetarian dishes including curries and stir fries. Other dishes can be made vegan on request. Open Mon-Thu 12:00-22:30, Fri-Sat 12:00-23:00, Sun 12:00-22:30.

Waited more than 15 minutes on multiple occasions in an entirely empty restaurant for the waitress to take our order / bring the bill. Price doesn’t reflect the portion size.

Nice flavours, but portions were small. They did the pad thai without egg for me, as everything is cooked fresh, which is good.

The curry was very tasty. The coconut rice didn't taste much to coconut to be fair.

Tasty Thai food - Edit
Rosa's Thai opened a branch in York recently and we were keen to try it out. There are plenty of vegan dishes to choose from plus others that are vegetarian friendly. We tried the pumpkin crackers (aka cruelty free prawn crackers), drunken noodles, tofu massaman curry and a side of sticky rice. Everything was very tasty. Good service too. Will definitely return.
