Good vegan options, all very tasty - Edit
A great dinner at Rock Salt, multiple dishes both from the Indian and Chinese parts of the menu available for vegans (and clearly marked). Reasonably priced, and good atmosphere and service throughout. All dishes were very tasty, but I would especially recommend the cauliflower Manchurian!

The tofu is great, and there are vegan dumplings and cauliflower Manchurian sides that are amazing too.
