I'm a big fan of the Fed in Fishponds, so had high hopes. I ordered the salad bowl for lunch. It was tasty and fresh - always vegan and they have a rotating set of salads. However, it's not great value at £9.85 for a bowl that's not even full. Tasty, good cake, but spenny.

I tried the vegan lemon cake and the slice size was decent, but the cake was on the drier side. FED could still offer more vegan options in my opinions, especially for rolls and pastry.

Granola and overnight oats can be made vegan with oat yoghurt if you ask. As well as the hot chocolate with oat Milk which was delicious.

Delicious Vegan Oats and Granola! - Edit
FED is a really relaxed cafe with a huge daily selection of baked treats; including some vegan options such as chocolate cake, banana loaf and berry crumble bar. They also have an all day menu which serves overnight oats and granola that can both be made vegan. I have tried both and they are delicious and a great breakfast, brunch or lunch option! The cafe also serves lots of fresh juices and smoothies too. Staff are always really friendly and there’s nice indoor and outdoor seating at this location. I would like to see more vegan options on their all day menu; maybe a savoury option. However, the options that they do have are great and everything is so fresh and great quality. The prices are reasonable aswell. Overall, I love this cafe and 100% recommend it!
