I have not been to the actual brick-and-mortar store. I also didn’t order online. These salads were available one weekend at Essentia Health. It is in an area that typically is only accessible to employees. There were seven premade salads available there. Vegan options were available. I grabbed a harvest moon salad on a Friday late night. It got busy in the hospital and I was unable to eat the salad that night. The next night, late in the shift, I had some time to eat the salad. I was kinda worried that it might not be as fresh and tasty. That salad was AMAZING. It's easy to forget how good fresh ingredients and fresh dressing can taste. I returned Sunday night, hoping to get another salad, but they sold out. I hope they can continue to sell these salads at Essentia. The price of these salads was $15, and they were different sizes than those sold at the store. The portions of the different ingredients was perfect. A well balanced tasty salad.
