Since I didn't know if I would like the chili in the Rip's burger, they offered me to taste the chili first which was really nice. The burger is an explosion of taste. Really good!

When you come to this place, expect simple, filling and affordable food. It’s a casual spot with delicious junk food vegan food. The chopped cheese is my favorite and their milkshakes are dreammmmmy. The owners and his family are very nice and are always around.

Wow this place is really good! I had a double cheese burger and tots. I had plant base burgers before but Rips takes the cake! I mean the burger was so juicy and delicious. The clerk also gave me a sample of their Mac &Cheese and some potato salad both were really good. Definitely a place for vegan fast food fix!

Simply the best. The staff is excellent. The food is great. As a vegan I need a place to eat some junk food and hang out. This is the spot. I have been back every couple of days since the first time I went to this place. They are so good.

I was so excited to try this place, but very disappointed. Staff were friendly and tried to answer my questions, but have no clue what is in their food. They only had an ingredients list for one of several vegan ice cream flavors, which had corn syrup!
Read moreThere were no gluten-free options for hamburger or hot dog buns. Chili sounded GF, but they didn't know what the sauce was made from. They didn't know if bacon bits were GF or what brand they were. Burgers are Beyond meat, so that is GF.
Could be an OK alternative to fast food if you don't have food allergies, and just want a burger, not ice cream.
Pros: Many options for burgers and hot dogs
Cons: Ingredients list not available for most things, Corn syrup in ice cream

This location is intimate- I came here with 5 friends and we took up the entire bar. The staff was so friendly and engaging which really differentiated them from other restaurants. The milkshakes are DIVINE! I got a coffee milkshake and it tasted exactly like a McDonald’s frappe. Many of us got the chopped cheese- my friends raves about it. I thought there wasn’t enough “meat” on the bun and/or the bun was too dry, so I had a hard time eating it because the bun would break apart. However, the experience was amazing, it’s in a great location, and you can’t beat the service and value for your money.

The staff was all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Chicago Dog was SO good. The egg n cheese burger was also wicked good. I only had a bite of my friend’s. We came back later for another burger and milkshakes. All so good! 50s feel of the malt shop
