I sometimes drop by the Real Food Co when I'm in the Helderberg area. Stocked with quality health products, and a good healthy restaurant menu as well attached to the shop.

Excellent vegan options in the heart of SSW - Edit
A very open, inviting space. Friendly staff. Great deli food. Great menu with lots of vegan options. Had the granola with fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt - delicious and filling. Also had the berry smoothie - also delicious. I will be back

A fast favourite - Edit
I absolutely love this place. Cosy vibe, friendly staff and a nice range of vegan and gluten free options that makes it difficult for me to decide what I want!! Everything I've tried so far is fantastic. They also have a small grocery store attached with a nice range of interesting and delicious items.
