Ramen kagura Opera - Edit
I've been 4 times on this visit to Madrid. Had the Tantamen Vegano 400grms. Twice with and once without caldo/soup. 400grms is too much and the caldo or soup is too sickly and greasy. Better without. The set menu is good value for money.

Nice restaurant and great for meeting an omni friend. They offer good lunch deals which are very reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the ramen. I got matcha ice cream with the lunch deal which the server said was vegan but I tasted it and was very suspicious that it wasn't so decided not to eat anymore, I'm just not convinced it's vegan so something to check! When leaving they give you a sticker and some chewing gum which was cute!

Good ramen, not many other options - Edit
Vegan ramen is good, but there are not many other vegan options to choose from, so it feels like a bit of marketing on their side, now that the franchise is becoming bigger.

I wish they put a little more effort on the vegan options, that would be awesome.

They offer two options of vegan ramen, I had the miso one and it was delicious. Also the portion was huge as compared to the price.
