No me gustó

Pedí por Glovo pero creo que este concepto no es apto para la entrega a domicilio, el pedido llegó casi frío y la textura del pan estaba demasiado blanda😒una pena, no creo repetir

no sun today

Gestern waren wir zum ersten Mal bei Sol y Roll und waren begeistert: vegan gelabelte, lecker-leichte Röllchen. Staff super friendly, das Essen wurde vor unseren Augen mit Hingabe zubereitet.
Heute (22.06.- 01:30 pm) kamen wir wieder und wurden enttäuscht: lustloser, unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter. Essen in 3 Minuten zusammengeklatscht. Es waren offenbar gar nicht alle Zutaten drin, am Vortag war es delicious (wir hatten spicy tofu roll) und heute trocken und fade, keine Rolle sondern eher ein schlaffer Crêpe.
Fast keine Kommunikation mit den Kund*Innen. Die Atmosphäre war frostig, auch die anderen Kunden reagierten mit Stirnrunzeln und schienen unangenehm überrascht.

Schlechte Mitarbeiter können das gute Konzept und die Reputation zerstören.

Opciones veganas, la comida súper rica y el personal simpatiquísimo!!! Estamos de paso por Madrid, pero no dudaremos en volver aquí si venimos alguna otra vez :)

Quick and light dinner

They label the dishes as "vegetarian" so ask the staff to clarify if your choice is or can be made vegan. They had run of tofu (BTW the sauce in this dish has dairy yoghurt so remember to ask the staff to replace it for tahini), so we ordered the falafel and the roasted vegetables warps, which we shared. Food is fairly good, healthy but nothing remarkable (TBH you can find much better falafels in Madrid). In addition to that, the wrap is not very big either.

Great concept

Tasty and healthy fast food.
The falafel one with spinach bread (35% spinach) is recommended!

*apparently the sauce of the tofu wrap contains milk. /:
