Austin Indimex deliciousness

This place is an understated gem that does not disappoint, the kind of spot you wanna tell your friends about. Vegan options are somewhat limited BUT they are luscious. Get the Channa Kathi rolls, spiced chickpea and onion perfection tucked in a tortilla. Ram is super friendly the Austin food truck scene is fortunate to be graced with this Indimex presence.
