Love that they are 100%vegan. The greens were really good. The Mac and yease was tasty, but so incredibly oily. The Southern Comfort tofu plus gravy was SO salty. And also oily too. We also had a smokey BLT Wrap. The "meat" seemed to be the same tofu that was in the Southern Comfort. It was very salty, but it was pretty good bcz in the wrap, it is contrasted by the lettuce.
Read moreFYI that when we went, you could only do pickup but could sit outside if it's a nice day. There was also a pretty long wait time, 45mins. So you might want to order online before you drive over there.

On behalf of our group, food was good - and convenient enough since we were staying nearby and could walk over. Still doing just pickup orders. Mac and yeast was ok, cornbread was a winner, sweet potato fries I think come out a bit better than the spicy fries. Two of us had the crazy Jamaican and another had the fish one. Both good, definitely a large portion and a bit of a messy handful

Delicious soul food made by multiple generations at this family buisness. Be sure to order ahead on their website; food can take some time but worth the wait! Very sweet desserts that pair prefectly with coffee or tea. Best vegan mac in pwn, and some stand out Southern staples like the greens and hush puppies. Can't make a wrong choice here. Generous portions of stick to your ribs cookin' that'll leave you in a food coma!

Not that it needs more reviews, but it is so good. Greasy? Yes, deliciously so, although there are some options, salads, etc which appear on the healthier side. I have had several different sandwiches, all delicious, fries -limp but in a good way, potato salad -very rich, Mac and yease -iconic. Portions run generous and a good value, especially the club.

As the website mentions, they offer takeout only. I definitely recommend ordering online before you get there- you can’t order in person (something I didn’t realize). There’s nowhere to sit while you wait (I walked after busing).

You have to try this place! I'm from the south so I've had a lot of good soul food. This place has the best hush puppies I've ever had in my entire life. I got the TV dinner it was phenomenal! The greens had such good smoky flavor. I got an extra side of hush puppies (thank goodness), but the meal came with one too. It was a seitan steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, greens, and a hush puppy. It was incredible. It's definitely enough for several meals. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich (had a different name can't remember) he said its a greasy cheesy explosion of deliciousness. It had seitan, peppers, onions, 2 types of cheeses and a fluffy soft roll. I tried a bite too and it was really rich and yummy. He got a side of spicy fries. He liked the fries too. I thought they could have been crispier personally. We also got the reeses peanut butter cup shake and it was fantastic. We are in town for two days and we will be going back tomorrow to try other stuff! This place was so good and the order was ready really quickly. I highly recommend it!

Great food with nice spices. My non-vegan parents prefer vegan food that is more whole-foods based and they don’t like seitan, so they didn’t love it. Only mentioning that in case someone in your party might feel the same. But my vegan friends and I all enjoy their food.

The strawberry milkshake was amazing! I got the southern comfort as my main and it was so good. Delish Mac and cheese! The greens! Everything was so good I ate my leftovers cold the next day while camping!

Read moreThe mac & cheese was really, really oily and I only ate half of it. The fries with the sandwich were soggy and disappointing - I considered bringing them home and sticking them in the air fryer to get them crispier, but then what’s the point of getting takeout if you have to cook it all over again at home? The sandwich itself was not very flavorful and left me wishing that there were more veggies involved.
Additionally, I asked for the sandwich as a wrap instead of on a bun, was charged extra for this, and got it as a sandwich on a bun, anyway. It was just kind of bland and overcooked. I only ate a couple of bites of it.
I likely will not return here, sadly.

My husband and I got the carb monster, which is a grilled cheeze, spicy fries, and Mac and yeese. We also got 2 cookies and a brownie. Such big portions for the price. Would definitely share one next time.

I really don’t understand why they haven’t opened up business for a sit down service. Going up to the window and ordering and waiting 45 minutes and having nowhere to eat kind of sucks. Because by the time you go home with your cold food it really doesn’t taste very good. I’ve had their products at the local grocery store and it doesn’t taste all that great either. I really want to support this business but it makes it hard when the restaurant isn’t it open and you can’t eat the food right away.

Smoky mushroom melt is a bit greasy, yet one of the best sandwiches ever. Mac and cheese is absolutely amazing! Peach tea has great flavor, though very sweet. Hush puppies, greens, and corn bread were perfect. The chocolate cake was dry and lacking flavor. We haven’t tried the cookies yet, but they look intriguing.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while! I don’t live in the area but was finally nearby at a perfect time to try it out. I ordered the southern comfort meal and an extra order of hush puppies. Everything was delicious. I especially loved the hush puppies. This is definitely some legit comfort food. Can’t wait to try other things in the menu. Wish they allowed dining in so I can have everything plated instead of in to-go boxes.

I’ve only experienced Quickie Too during covid when it’s take out only. The first time was a weeknight and the food was ready in about ~30. We got the TV dinner and southern comfort and didn’t love it. The Mac and yease and hush puppies were amazing but didn’t love the tofu. I think they freeze it to give it more texture and that isn’t my favorite. This time I got the fish fry because it was tempeh and my god. I can’t stop thinking about it. The Mac and yease I’d go back for any day but now the fish fry is on that list too.
Read moreBut this time we also ordered on a weekday (granted it was Valentine’s Day and they had a cupcake special thing going on) but it was so slow. The website said 30-45min but I figured since we ordered just before 5 it would be about an hour. It ended up being two hours and some of our food was cold when we got it. Despite checking on our order every ~10min after the hour and a half mark. The food is great and the portions are huge but definitely not a place to go if you’re in a rush - plan on it being a while.

Everything thing was delish the blueberry pie was some of the best I've had in years The TV dinner was more than enough food for any hungry man or woman and the jerk tofu burger was well seasoned not just on the out side of the tofu.
