Vegan Vietnamese - Edit
Quang is a go to for warm, comforting Vietnamese food on a cold day. The restaurant is always packed, but they are good about seating people quickly.
Read moreTofu spring roll ($7) is simple and refreshing.
Vegan rice noodle soup (HU TIEU CHAY) ($13) is warm and comforting. The base of the soups seems to be very onion heavy.
I love the sesame balls (bành cam) too, but I would double check to make sure they’re vegan in case they change the recipe as it’s not marked vegan.

Pros: Clearly labeled vegan items
Cons: More options would be great

So delicious! - Edit
This is my go to place for vegan Vietnamese food. It's so flavorful, always fresh, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. My favorite dish would have to be the vegan noodle soup (Hu Tieu Chay). I would seriously drink the broth straight it is that good. There are some menu options that are vegan but not labeled, such as the fried vegetarian dumplings, the tofu banh mi (ordered without mayo), and 2 of the desserts including Che Troi Nuoc (dumplings filled with mung bean paste), Che Dau Trang (sweet black-eyed bean and rice pudding with coconut cream), and some of the fruit tea boba. Other vegan options include spring rolls and fried tofu. In my opinion the tofu banh mi can run dry because they don't have vegan mayo/pate replacement. If you're looking for a good vegan banh mi, I would recommend looking elsewhere (Lu's sandwiches has a great one). That is the only criticism I have (other than wishing they had more options), everything else is absolutely fantastic! I never get sick of eating at Quang.

Pricey But Good! - Edit
Lots of vegan options that are properly labeled. It was a little expensive.

Phò… - Edit
Love their Phò, one of two places in the entire area I go just for the Phò. Their other offerings are good too, though this was my first introduction over twenty years ago. So, a tad bit sentimental.
