Reclu dans une ruelle, ce restaurant est un véritable oasis. Nous avons partagé le "hot-pot thaï" et il était tout simplement sublime.

Small menu, but offers quality dishes at a low price - Edit
Came here several times and would come back again if I ever return to Huế. Nice little place in the alley, easy to miss. Friendly and kind owners who speak little English, but an English menu is available.
Read moreThe menu has only a handful of items, but with a decent variety between them. Everything I tried was tasty and filling, with good fresh herbs and not too much oil or salt. I found the mock fish sauce a bit overpowering, but I'm sure somebody will be into it. The prices are very fair as well, with most mains less than 50k VND as of this review.
Seating is plentiful but may be a bit tricky if you're tall–I couldn't fit my legs under the tables with chairs, so I had to sit on the floor in another room. Still worth it.
They also apparently offer a big vegan buffet twice a (lunar) month, though I was sadly not able to try that. Maybe next time?

They offer many different dishes e.g. Kimbab, fried Mushrooms or different dishes with rice and noodles. Picked three dishes and onlypaid around 100k.

Very good cheap Vietnamese food - Edit
We had our first hotpot in Vietnam and it was a pleasure. Huge portion size and great taste. The staff doesn’t speak English that good but offers a fully English menu. Sometimes there is a vegan buffet for only 40k per person.
