The service was great, and I always love eating at a 100% vegan restaurant. We shared a pizza, Caesar salad, and mozz sticks. The mozz sticks were fun because they were a novelty. The marinara sauce was tasty. The pizza and salad were good, but not memorable. Maybe we just chose the wrong items.

Was a great find while in the area. Suggest making reservations. Food was amazing & with a full Vegan menu it's exciting to have so many choices. We had the Garlic Parmiagiano Potato Wedges. Nice & crispy with a delicious garlic aioli & macadamia parm. Main Dishes were the Lasagna & Pomodoro. We're not always fans of Vegan cheese, but their cashew ricotta & cashew mozzarella were amazing, their sauce...we are still talking about it! Loved it so much I ate my leftovers at room temp before jumping on a plane the next day.

Can’t go wrong with any menu item at this 100% vegan restaurant!! Delicious. We started with the Mozzarella sticks w/ marinara sauce, Cesar salad w/ kale & romaine, Black Magic Pizza, Capricciosa Pizza, & Baked Alfredo Ziti w/ Grilled Butternut squash, onions, & fresh baked bread, then ended w/ hot cocoa w/ plant based mylk, Indoor & outdoor seating. Pet friendly patio. Plenty of non-alcoholic beverages. Full bar. Located by the beach so go for a nice stroll afterwards.

I've been to the West Hollywood location multiple times. It's a must whenever I'm in LA. This was my first time at the Redondo location and it was just as incredible. I had the cacio e pepe. So, so delicious!

The food was incredible! We started with some small pizzas as appetizers (I can’t remember the name), but they were very good! The carbonara pasta was to die for! And then we polished it all off with Zeppole (house-made fried dough) with vegan « Nutella » dip. I was the only vegan and the other four folks with me liked their food as well. If I’m ever in Redondo Beach again, I plan to go back!

I was excited to try this restaurant as it’s 100% vegan. I started with the Broccoli Rabe. It’s super flavorful, but for those that aren’t into heat, there’s too much red chili pepper for regular palates. I also ordered the Eggplant Parm sandwich. They asked me if I wanted it regular or spicy and I chose spicy. It was just way too much spice for me to finish. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. My husband loved his Putanesca pasta. We would return in a heartbeat.

It's my favorite place to go when hungry and want gourmet Italian food. The Pizzas are my favorite; the crust is thin, and the different options are all SO GOOD. I can't even recommend one in particular, but if I had to choose, I would order the Black Magic today. The portions are very generous; the pasta can be a smaller size, portion-wise, but they are so delicious and unique that all is forgiven by adding a dessert in the end.

Visited Pura Vita while visiting Los Angeles, and obviously had to try a variety of things on the menu. Everything that I had was absolutely delicious, and did not regret spending the amount that I did. There’s a few complaints about the pricing of menu items, and I get it. However, I would consider Pura Vita to be a fine-dining experience, with a lovely atmosphere. If you treat it as an occasional outing, rather than an every-day thing, this is a 5 star experience. This is as close to authentic as you’ll get with v*gan food. No fake cheeses or meats (nothing wrong with that, though) — this is all quality, yummy ingredients. My favorite was definitely the potatoes with aoli, but as I said, everything was delicious

The food is so good it should be illegal!!! The carbonara is to die for. The Black Magic pizza is the best, you will crave it (that’s a warning) Great service too! It’s a bit crowded indoors but there’s outdoor seating too. Cocktails are good too! Basically always dreaming of the next time I go.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed. The food is just that good. I recommend the mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce to start. The carbonara pasta is very popular and for good reason. Their beignets with vegan Nutella sauce for dessert always hits the spot. But whatever you choose, chances are you’ll enjoy it. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for Italian.

I loved the food and the service. Our waiter was fantastic. We had the mozzarella sticks, Caesar salad, and pizza with sausage and fennel. All were great. But save room for their robust dessert menu. You have to go to the West Hollywood location for tiramisu but they have vegan Nutella and gelato and many other treats. We will be back!
