Lunch on Roadtrip - Edit
Stopped in a little after 2pm. We were informed the kitchen was closing soon for afternoon 2:30 to 4pm break. So we ordered quickly and the food was delivered quickly. And it was delicious! Chana Masala had some tomatoes and green peppers and nice flavor. As 2/5 it was plenty hot for us. The Malai Kofta was amazing. Not greasy and contained somw cashews. Sauce was lick the plate tasty.

Would definitely stop in again if in the area!

Excellent vegan-ready cuisine - Edit
The menu was the draw. After decades of eating Indian cuisine, this is the first that offered tofu on the menu as a protein. It was nice to see a few vegan-ready options as well.
Read moreI enjoyed the Nirvana entree, a tofu entree in a coconut-milk based curry sauce. The others in our group liked the aloo-gobi curry.
The food was delicious. Service was excellent.
Pros: Tofu is a protein option , Standalone veggie options some vegan-ready , Good service, nice setting
Cons: Lump-sum billing without line-item details

Vegan Options - Edit
They have quite a few vegetarian options, and a handful of vegan ones. Just ask about their non-dairy options. Their vegetarian pakora, Nirvana, and lentil dishes are vegan, and the vegetable curry can be made with coconut milk instead of milk milk. They're very friendly, just ask.

Ask about dairy - Edit
At first, I was thrilled at the number of vegetarian dishes they have on the menu. But, when I asked which items were dairy free, there were only two; lentil dishes. The server said that they can't make the dishes without dairy if requested, because there is dairy in their base sauce and they don't make it on site, they purchase it that way. So, with only two entree options, vegans are limited. All that being said, the dish I had was pretty delicious.

Punjab - Edit
Excited that an Indian restaurant opened in our area and we rushed to try it. The food was very good, well spiced and the amount of heat requested. Will be back many times to try all the dishes.
