Tofu Roll

Thankful to find vegan sushi in my small town. There are four rolls on the menu and the restaurant will work with you to modify other menu items if you tell them you are vegan. Food is delicious and the staff is fantastic.

Pros: Vegan sushi rolls, Knowledge staff, Gluten free options
