Nice yoga spot by the beach

I went for yoga one morning and had a lovely time. They have yoga teacher training here as well as classes for the public so there's really something for everyone. Unfortunately I went to a relatively quiet class that involved meditation and stillness, but upstairs in the YTT space they were doing something more vigorous and we could all hear it and it was a bit distracting. The teacher's voice upstairs really carried.
I would say that the class I went to was a good one for beginners and lots of variation was given to accomodate all skill levels.

The main two draws for me were the distance to the beach (20 second walk) and the price. Most places are about 150,000 Rupiah, whereas Power of Now is only 120,000 Rupiah and they accept card payments too which may be useful for some people.

All mats and accessories are provided along with a spray to wipe down afterwards and everything was in really good condition. There is also a little shop at the front that you can buy anything you've loved using.

I would go back if I was in the area again, I had a lovely time.

Pros: Lovely spot next to the beach, Good price, All mats/accessories provided in good condition

Cons: Two classes going on at once can be noisy

Great Yoga Studio you're going to love

I've been there several times for yoga and it was always great. I also bought a spray for my yoga mat which I love.

Pros: Very friendly stuff, Great Yoga courses
