Great food & beautiful vibe - Edit
It was worth taking a taxi across the island for the food, the service and the views! Food was fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were super friendly, and we were right on the beach. The coconut water was a whole vibe!

Expensive, not that great and served honey with vegan dish - Edit
Came here to meet a friend who lives here. Would have gone to the fantastic LeMo instead but that's closed on a Monday.
Read moreI had the genius pancakes for breakfast as their menu is fairly limited for vegan options. It came with a pot of honey, as did my partners vegan granola.
Neither dishes were very good, and both expensive. The coffee wasn't great either and no sugar offered which for the money, we'd hoped for better service.
The location is good though, and there were two nice fans to keep us cool but otherwise I'd highly recommend LeMo which has outstanding vegan options and great value too.
Pros: Location
Cons: Limited menu, Dishes and coffee weren't very good, Expensive

Good option for a beach lunch - Edit
The place has a good variety of vegan dishes. The menu has some confusion over vegan vs. vegetarian so worth double checking before you order.

Look at your bill carefully - Edit
Food was good, expensive, especially after the bill was not charged properly. I recommend paying for each item as you buy it, that way there will be less chance of mistakes or being ripped off.

Decent vegan options, friendly - Edit
Genius Café has a nice spot on Sanur beach and a menu that clearly labels vegan options. We found the smoothies and desserts to be quite good, and the mains to be OK but nothing special.
Read moreThe bumbu curry was mild and could use more veggies. The mushroom wrap was simple but good. The vegan nachos were OK though mild in flavor and not especially nacho-like.
One of us wanted to order a vegan pizza, but after taking our order our kind server returned to inform us that the dough for the crust is not vegan (honey). He said they sometimes have vegan crust but not tonight, so vegans be sure to ask.
Service is very warm and helpful.

Partial Vegetarian/Vegan/Meat restaurant - Edit
If you want beachside this is a place that has some vegan and vegetarian meals. Expensive and from the meal i had nothing special. Had the vegetarian quesadilla with vegan cheese, which reminded me of melted cheese whiz when i was a kid..not that good cashew cheese...the potato chunks were the only good part of the dish, the tomato salsa was like mayonaise

So many options! - Edit
Whether you’re craving nachos or Balinese curries or pasta or pizza, you’re covered. Their shakes are all also vegan, as are their desserts. Service is good. I ordered the nachos, which was a little bland, but my friend’s Bumbu Bali curry was delicious.

Lots of delicious smoothies to cool down. We tried the taste of asia bowl, pumpkin and ricotta pizza, bumbu curry and 3 dips combo. All were delicious and portions were generous. Great place for vegetarians and vegans to eat in Sanur 👍

Good but expensive - Edit
Had the happinessbowl with extra tempe. The tempe tasted like it was cooked in a pan where chicken is cooked too. Not a fan of that at all. And it is quit expensive for Bali. But the atmosphere with dancing peaople is nice. And the food was satiating.

Chill out at the beach - Edit
The location is the best to have breakfast in the sand with view on the ocean. In the evening it can be a bit chilly and windy also in the seating area.
Read moreThe choice of food is very good, some portions were huge (the curry, the smoothie bowl), some rather small (the mushroom pasta) for the price. The taste was good but not extraordinary, sometimes lacking a bit spices (the curry). The vegan pizza was not bad, but had too much balsamic on it in my opinion. It also had vegan cheese on it but was some kind of cream cheese. The ice cream could have been a bit more creamy (also too pricy for Bali).
Pros: Location , Atmosphere , Choice of food
Cons: Expensive
